Get new pressure valve seals and replace the old ones along with the o-rings on the holders.
You will need new plastic clips for the injection lines, they wil break when you remove the lines. Best to remove lines at both ends to give you more room, and you don't want to bend them, either, they are very frail compared to the older heavy ones.
Torque the holders to 25 Nm twice without loosening, then to 30 nM without loosening with new seals.
