$9500 is a bit steep, but not if it is in perfect condition.

Typical prices run in the $7000 range, but this is usually with 150,000+ miles by now.

Very nice car, by the way, the best of the W124s in my opinion, since the 87 300D with the 6.3 has about the same performane as a 300E, but gets 30+ mpg rather than 23!
