i have a recurring 'short' in my horn.

i usually get just a quiet little beep instead of a good full blown BEEEP!

i have replaced the horns and it is still lame.

is it possible they aren't grounded well?

where can i find the grounding wire? the horn relay?

has anyone else had this problem?

contact ring is in good shape [per my tech].

please help [the seemingly challenged]
