Maybe. The W115 used the older 4-speed, it's smaller and shorter, I think (I could be wrong).

Certainly you will have to find or make a front part of the driveshaft to fit. The tranny should bolt on, they are all the same bolt pattern, I think.

You will also have to make a vac connection at the intake manifold for the modulator, the 4-speeds don't have one.
