Yes, that may be a good starting point.

If the car doesn’t gives me that warm and fuzzies... I don't plan to buy or will low ball him.

I the worst, can part out car to recover costs...with the right price.

Also, this seem to be a very nice community . I'm glad I stumbled in to this place.
