I lived in the East Bay for two years and I miss it. I will definitely try the bleeding procedure and hopefully better the performance of the car. I have been reading the forum with the similar symptoms that I have and it seems to me that my car would fall under the "running rich" category. My understanding is that this can't be good when you're trying to get this car to pass emissions. Some of my other problems also include pool of oil in my air cleaner box????
