I'd price a set of OS pistons, bearings, timing chain, all guides, etc.. I'd put a Water pump and Vacuum pump on the engine too.
rebuilding a IP is $600-1500, so a factory rebuilds are reasonable.

Check your boost and engine. The engines should last longer than 200k with regular oil changes.
