the majority of the world's governments are far more concerned and worried that someone has or is pursuing the proper "paperwork" to become a "citizen", than bothering to find out if the newcomer is looking to become an electrician, plumber, mechanic, nurse or doctor and has the aptitude for such job skils.

As a result, dead head do nothings who have mastered the government paperwork maze set up shop in your local trailer park while those inclined to better their lives by becoming electricians, plumbers, mechanics, nurses or doctors are told to go back where they came from.


I have yet to hear ANY child when asked what they want to be when they grow up respond:

"I want to cross into other countries and apply for asylum/citizenship".
