As others have said the seat needs to be raised up.

There are two levers on your seat, one which raises and lowers the seat located on the side, and a second lever that moves it forwards and backwards located in the front of the seat. You'll likely need to sit in the seat to raise it. Verify its not stuck and that you can raise and lower it.
