Haha, skamazon! Good find! That seems cheap, scary cheap but maybe we are all just so used to over inflated pricing on discontinued parts on our cars?

I actually got lucky and ordered a used one from mercedes$ource for a surprisingly good price. I am going to install it, then take a close look and see if I can repair my original with the URO seals. I will report back what I figure out.
