Well pulled the Drain plug, and the car is sitting tonight with it out so it can drain.

I let the car get nice and hot before I popped it out. Nw Filter is going in too.

The Chocolaty Brown color of my oil is definatly a sign that the oil was due for a change.

As per Larry's Method, I'm going to let it drain overnight. I also am using the factory filter.

The oil did look fairly clean on the dipstick, but I felt it was time for me to change it as I have done about 1000 miles since I got the car. And the color of it when I pulled the plug was a sure sign that it was due.

From now on the interval will be 3k, oil and filter, changed hot and changed often as Larry puts it.

I can't wait to see the results of the overnight drain.
