Artificial Traction Control

ok guys, I've got to add one more post to this fine thread. Last night in the pouring rain I was stopped at a light, when it turned green the left hand turn was long and sweeping. So about midway through the turn I floored it just to see how grippy my new contacts are..............the car downshifted from 2nd into first and to my disbelief and amazement the tires hooked up without spinning a bit!!!!

Normally a stunt like that would make the inside tire spin uncontrollably until I would let off the gas. On dry pavement that stunt would normally leave 30 ft of rubber!!

What ta heck are these things made of???? Can't be rubber:p

Who needs traction control with tire traction like that, I'm now more impressed with the extremes than ever.........This tire will be a requirement from now on!!
