I just did the 2.82 diff swap also last week and want to thank you for posting your info . It was very helpful . It took me around
10 hours to complete as I had to run around and purchase a transmission jack. I got tired of trying to hold up the 90 lb diff.!!!
I did not have a lift to use for the car but backed the car up onto my car trailer and worked from below. i am real thrilled at the
performance now and could actually tell the difference as I drove the car off of the trailer!!! It is a good thing I installed the 225/50/zr16 Yokos on the back as the stock tires would have gone up in smoke and be destroyed by now! this thing really flys
now and with the Magnaflow muffler it sounds wild.
