At low speed (1-5mph) driving, my new brakes emit a loud foghorn-like rubbing noise when applied. It's so loud, that drivers of other cars turn their heads. I have new rotors, pads and calipers all around. The shop inspected and found nothing. Has anybody experienced this?

My exterior lamp failure light is on. It is alerting me to the imminent failure of one of my flashers. Where's the flasher module for the directionals?
