You need to get a bottle of Meguiar's Quick Detailer or Final Inspection.

First wash and dry the car as you normally would then wet a small area (no bigger than 1 foot square) with one of the products above. Kneed the clay into a "pancake". Rub the clay back and forth over the wet surface until there is absolutely no drag. Feel the surface with your fingers to make sure it is absolutely smooth as glass. If not, repeat the process. Be sure to keep the surface wet, otherwise the clay will rub off on the finish and will be difficult to remove.
Be sure to wax after using clay since it will remove existing wax.

I have not tried Mothers clay. Clay Magic is my favorite. In my opinion, paint cleaning clay is one of the best kept secrets of detailing. NOTHING works like clay. It will remove anything that in on your paint...even paint overspray...without damaging the paint.
