I like mine on the less hoppy side, for the money Pete's Wicked Ale is great and widely available. There is a brewery in Nashville that makes a beer called Bohannon Nut Brown Ale and it's been my favorite for a while despite the $7 per 6-pk price and the fact that one has to wipe the rust from around the neck from the cap. Also Guinness and the first of the day get my vote.
