Thanks for the help.

The transmission now shifts, when under slight accelleration, very smoothly with no flair.

I can still cause a bit of 2-3 flair if I left off the gas right at shift time but tomorrow I'll go a couple more notches clockwise and maybe that will eliminate it entirely.
