Hey Guys and Gals
It's been a couple of years since I was on hear but here's my story. I purchased a 1991 Lexus Ls400 3 years ago, 1 owner, 65k miles for 14k. Not a bad deal on a clean 1 owner car. The first year was great with no problems, but once I hit 100k I had to replace the timing belt and the front steering assembly-total cost 4400!!!!!!!

Anyway, I am looking at going back to the MB diesel and was wondering if the 91-92 TD is a good choice? What do I need to look for, did these have problems with the aluminum head?
