I need some exhaust work done and want to take this opportunity to upgrade the system (not with the Remus, though - doesn't sound worth it for an aluminized muffler that sticks out too far...). What sort of power increase might one see with a cat-bypass on a 300E? Would it hurt low-end torque? If this is a good idea (why would you suggest it if it wasn't, I suppose...), should the precats be removed, too?
