I actually brute-forced the magazine out with a flathead screwdriver. It took a few minutes, but finally came out. That was then I notice way at the top there was a cd partway out of the main playing housing. I just reached up and slid it over to get it out. Once it was out, all was good. I did notice that the slip for disk one was missing one of the small plastic tabs the you push to slide the disk out. I'm thinking that may have caused the problem in the first place. So now I'm just not putting a disk in the first slot and all works just fine. Hope this helps!
