I had no heat when driving on the freeway, some around town. Heeding the advice posted on this great forum, I checked the monovalve (bad, installed new kit), now have heat at speed
. Also, checked auxiliary heat pump, not running
Checked for power with my trusty DMM, have power. Checked thru the motor, no reading
I guess I am lucky as I have read where a shorted pump motor takes out the ACC. My question is, has anyone rebuilt the pump motor or is it a "sealed" unit or is it not worth the effort and just replace it?
