Rodsob,

If you mean the gasket between the upper aluminum pan and the lower steel pan, its a piece of cake.

Just R&R 18 socket head screws. You will need an 6mm (I think) allen wrench. Job will be easier if you have a socket wrench with an allen wrench in it and a 1/4 inch ratchet and 6 inch extension. Some of the screws might be different lengths so put them back where they came from.

Don't forget to drain the oil first.
