Having been married for 14 years, it has been a while since I've been single and "alone" during the holidays, but you can still keep busy by spending time with your family and friends.

I believe in God, and that everything happens for a reason. I don't always see what the reason is right away, but it usually reveals itself long after the fact.

Sometimes in times like these, like when you are newly single after a long-term relationship, it is a good time to "take stock" of where you're at, and who you are. It might be time to develop a different side to your personality, pursure other interests, meet new people.

Who knows? You might be better off this time next year.

P.S. I saw the picture you posted of yourself, and beleive me when I say that you are an attractive person, and shouldn't have any trouble at all finding someone to share your time with.
