No parts are available in that area of the airflow meter. It should be no problem to find a used one to canabalize. Since that bearing pivot almost never goes bad, get one where ever you can find one (I have replaced gobs of airflow meters, mostly for potentiometers... only one had a irrepairable bearing pivot).

There is no usefull point to disassembling the fuel distributer.
