The second black W124 you posted(with S600 grill) is a E420 with AMG air-dam and Sport Suspension. You can tell it's a E420 because of its headlight(compare it to the first, REAL E500 you posted above...notice the inner light hosting?? E500/500E ones are chromed with clearer glass).
Also notice the passenger side mirror. It's changed to full size mirror(same as driver side)...
