I was thinking it would be a good engine in a Suzuki Samari project rig I have but I have NO clue what tranny will mate with it and how long the combination wouild be.

I want to put a diesel in the Sammi. They have kits to put VW diesls in them.

Anyone got any other ideas for a small diesel/tranny combo to put in a Suzuki Sameri?
