Sounds like the new version of the ALDA adjustment. The engine can handle the power without any problems later down the road.

But what about the transmission? I thought the E300 used the transmission from the E320 and its maximum torque rating was only 244lb/ft?

Congratulations! It was a worthy purchase and every E300 owner should do that as soon as they got their car. POWER AT ALL ENGINE SPEEDS IS A MUST!

(Oh, and lighting up the tires ain't kind to the transmission either. )
