No interest whatsoever in a "modified" car.
I suspect only gearheads into modifed (read street roders) would even pay the inital price for one.
MB enthusiasts tend to be purists -- we like the cars for the original engineering and performance and don't see tham as platforms for "hopping up".
Collector value for a rodded coupe will be nil. A Holley instead of the Solex would be fine for a daily driver, but for anybody serious, it would detract considerably from the value.
