I remember the winter of 84/85 I was a new hire at American Airlines and we got 6 inches of snow. We spent 2 hours at the gate waiting for a spot in the deicing line and another 2.5 hours in the deicing line. We arrived at LaGuardia airport a little later then scheduled.
Then we've had those wonderful ice storms. Just love staying at home with ice around. To many Texans think that you can drive on ice if you have 4 wheel drive.

So where are you located. I have not seen this near perfect 300D you have. And which airport do you fly the J-3 and Caravan out of? And when did McDonald Douglas get into the civilian helicoptor buisness. Sure does look like a Hughes 500 with a Norotor tail. Am I right?
