Hey guys:

On a european model 1983 190E:

Where is the cold start valve?
Where is the idle control valve?

And, how do I check if they are working or not? I posted a couple of questions here but no answers yet. I read around as I have a high idle problem (always idles fast) and my car is hard to start when hot and sitting for a few minutes. I need to locate those items and test them to see if buying new ones would fix my problems.
