Hello J.Hidaglo and 1988 300SEL. It has been so long since I worked on the leak I don't recall if I did anymore seals. It still leaks about a drop or two a day when parked. Quite minor. I have kind of decided to live with it. I wish I was of more help.

1988 300SEL - On my car I did not have to move the transmission at all.
