i have the same kind of benz. the same thing happen to me. check your fuse box. there is an all black fuse (kinda square shaped) unlike the others. if that is not in properly or is bad thats your problem. when that fuse was out of mine my seats would not work unless i had the door open. why i don't know but thats the way it is. would you happen to have a copy of the manual or a link, i need one bad.
