At first I thought this was a joke, but then again you may be in a position where you are unable to physically perform the task needed to change a wheel (ie. handicap, quadraplegic, etc).

Any gas station (Shell, Cheveron) or tire shop (Discount Tire) should be able to change your wheels for you.

It's not a difficult task...jack up the car, remove 5 bolts, remove the wheel (reverse for installation). I wouldn't pay more than $10-20 for that service (probably a 20min job).
