MBCA good points:
The Star magazine, Club events and socializing, introduction to other MB enthusiasts regionally and nationally, a few discounts on stuff.

MBCA bad points:
Recent dues increase, raffle prizes can't be won outside USA, other than Star magazine there are few member services and fewer on-line services, difficult attracting new members at local level, typical political/power games at national level.

National tried to apply a greater dues increase to members outside USA and we really had to fight for equality. There is all sorts of crap about where the Star revenues go, etc. Personally, I'd rather not know and just enjoy the company of other MB enthusiasts.
