Adam, sounds like a great car to get. if you are going to do a body kit, the one at nrauto, the AMG style one for the 94-95 e class is very nice looking.

Other than that, I would say make sure to have the car checked out thoroughly by a mechanic. and if it has records see what has been done to the car.

I'd check to see if it has had the head gasket done and/or the wiring harness. if memory serves me correctly, those two items were the real major problems with M104 engines. not sure though. I'm nto a tech.
