You have a short up in the engine compartment, and possibly something in the blower motor or resistor set.
I don't remember off hand where the resistor set for the blower is (someone else will), but you need to remove it and check for shorts or buildup of crud.
You also need to check the current draw of the blower, it may be dead and need replacement.
AC compressor blowing a fuse is either a wire rubbed through near the compressor or a shorted clutch coil -- check with a voltmeter for a short in the coil and look for a bad wire on the compressor.
