Always used regular Castrol GTX on everything.
Fairlane: 10W-30, 3K
E150: 10W-40, 3-5K
Escort: 5W-30, 5K
Civic: 5W-20, 7.5K
F100: 10W-30, when I feel guilty about it (it's not driven that much)
On the Fords I always use Motorcraft filters, they're made by Purolator and are almost the same as the Purolator premium filter. I avoid anything that says Fram or Pennzoil.
