Should you address him specifically? I would think it would be his responsibility to address his non-delivery / satisfaction and allow you an opportunity to address it. Shortcome is on his side, reacting outside of an amicable solution (I presume he has not contacted you throughout.)

His comments are not specific either. Which vehicle and problems have resulted.
