No point in turning MB rotors, they will be under thickness by the time you get them smooth.

New rotors are about $35 for the solid ones and $55 for the vented ones (SD will have vented ones). Cheap at the price.

The rotors bolt to the hub, no need to do anything to the bearings except repack unless they are fried.

You can drive the old race out with a soft steel punch (NOT a hardened pin punch!!) from the opposite side. Not real fast, but not hard. Get the new one started evenly and drive it down until the hub rings, then seat it with forceful blows all the way round. Outside race is easy, inside one is a pain. If you are rich, MB makes a driver that makes the job almost painless.

Make sure the hub and rotor contact surface is clean before bolting up the new rotor.
