well i have driven thousands of cars all makes and models good ones,bad ones,rats,cream puffs.i am also very deep into this end of the business.i would never buy a car without checking it out and driving it first.well not an expensive one at least.carfax is the best tool there is out there for you guys.if you are buying any car you should be aware of you're states(or the state where you are buying the car from)lemon laws.book price is a good guideline for how much money the car should be.the book value onky reflects the average car however.... paint work,maintence records,mileage can make the price vary widely.there are many ways to make a car appeare to be something it is not so be very carefull there are a lot of unscupuless people out there.....and not all of them are dealers or wholesalers
