Cops will even pull you over for accelerating too fast in my neck of the woods even though you are not exceeding the speed limit. And fine you close to $70!!! I had TWO cruisers after me, even though I wasn't running, and the "sarge" treated me like an escapee from the local brink. Misuse of power, they said. Well, the only "misuse of power" being demostrated is what is happening to most police officials across the nation.
