Thanks guys, yes the bottem of the injecton pump is leaking. I am currently running Delo 15W-40 in it now, I really don't think the noise is oil related, I'm thinking fuel or IP pump. How much does it cost to get the IP pump checked? I know of a good mechanic who seems to know his stuff, maybe I'll give him a try. It does smoke when I start it cold, grayish smoke. I don't know if it smokes to much or not but it clears up really quick. When I'm driving the car theres no smoke. I really think it's more time related than temp related, but I'm not sure I hope it's not a bad glow plug, I don't want to take the manifold off again, but I will check them.

Thanks diesels are new to me so problems can be frustrating.
