Ask her to fax you the records so that you can review and determine exactly what has been done. Also run a carfax on the car and compare the mileage from the records to the carfax report. If everything checks out have the car PPI'ed by a different dealer to insure everything is working properly.
If having an original car is important make sure all of the serial number stickers are located in the right places. The serial number locations are shown in the cars instruction manual for reference.
