You do NOT want a 94 350SD. They are exceptional cars, but their engines are notorious for bending rods and needing rebuilds. I may be telling you information that you already know.
From what I have heard on the Chrysler corporate website, they plan on putting Mercedes-Benz diesels into their Ram trucks starting in 2003. Additionally, you can now get a Mercedes diesel in several Freightliner semi trucks.
