For those who have a 609 certification it's not a bad way to get it. For those who don't, they can get the certification by spending $15 and a few hours taking the open book test.

The last time I perused ebay, the price of R12 has seemingly gone down. Makes sense. Supply and demand. The vehicles that require this stuff and are still on the road decline every day.
