I don't get much consistency, but I do usually run between 27-33 mpg. I have a hard time keeping my foot out of it though, as all that delicious level of torque is too much temptation for me. My wife's Passat tdi is actually quicker from 0-60, but the 300 td just feels more impressive as it accelerates.
