If that were my car I would take the AC apart and do a great flush..., replace the R/D and then put it back together.
That does not look good for the tiny orifices in things like the Expansion valve.....
Looks like to me , just a guess, that two different and incompatible oils were mixed .... and perhaps a leak detector goo added in addition...
I am not surprised you are having cooling problems....
