The url is www.mbusa.com/classic then at the right side of the menu, there is a "Contact MB Classic" tab. Click on it and fill out your info and request.

And guess what, no need to decifer the codes, I emailed classic center back with a question on one of the codes on the card and he sent back a "translation" for the whole card!
