You need to keep cranking the engine, crack the fuel lines (at the nozzles) and then retighten the fittings, it will eventually catch and once it's running, crack the lines once again, one cylinder at a time and make sure it's purged. Also, you'll need to adjust the mixture with the adjustment at the back of the pump. Clockwise richens it, counterclockwise leans the mixture.
