I find the dealership parts guys and the techs to be down to earth people who are very approachable and knowledgeable. Its the few incompetant service advisors who I hate dealing with because of lack of communication skills and knowledge who almost always screw up something. The worst part is going in to the dealerships service counter and trying to explain your cars problem to the gucci model sittng at the desk so she can tell you to wait at the coffee bar while she try's to find the service advisor. Although I do enjoy watching her strolling around the waiting area
